Delivery & Shipping
Every order is hand-packed fresh in Surrey and sent out with care. Here is how delivery works.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are usually packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, or over the weekend, are dispatched the next working day. You will receive tracking by email once your order is on its way.
UK delivery
- Standard delivery — free on orders over £25.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £2.50, usually next working day after dispatch.
Our gift hampers are letterbox-friendly, so there is no need to wait in — a lovely surprise is waiting when you get home.
International delivery
- European Union — £14.99 standard international.
- Rest of world (including USA, Canada, Australia and more) — £23.99 standard international.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your local authorities. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by destination.
Hot weather
Chocolate does not enjoy summer as much as we do. In very warm weather we may hold chocolate orders briefly or add protective packaging to make sure everything arrives in perfect condition.
Something not arrived?
If your order has not arrived within the expected time, contact us with your order number and we will track it down. Please allow us up to 2-3 full working days (Mon-Fri) to respond to your email.
