How fresh are your chocolates and sweets?

Very. We make and pack in small batches and bag your order the day it ships, so everything arrives as fresh as possible.

How much is delivery, and how long does it take?

UK delivery is free on orders over £25. Our hampers are letterbox-friendly, so there’s no need to wait in — a lovely surprise is waiting when you get home. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order is on its way. See our Delivery & Shipping page for full details.

Can I build my own pick & mix?

Absolutely — it’s our favourite part. Choose a 500g or 1kg bag on our Build Your Own page, fill it with whatever you fancy, and we’ll hand-weigh and pack it fresh.

I have an allergy — can you help?

Please read our Ingredients page and contact us before ordering. Your safety matters more to us than a sale.

Do you offer gift wrapping and gift messages?

Yes — add gift-wrapping and a personal message at checkout and we’ll take care of the rest.

Do you take corporate or wedding orders?

We do, and we love them. Favours, branded gifts and bulk orders are all welcome — see our Corporate & Weddings page or get in touch.

What is your returns policy?

As our products are food, we can’t accept returns of opened or made-to-order items — but if anything arrives damaged or isn’t right, email us straight away and we’ll put it right. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
