Lovely tasting chocolate suitable for melting and baking. Excellent value for money when you consider it's a kg bag and the cost of a small vegan bar of chocolate.

Chocolate buttons for baking

The bag includes 250 grams of dark chocolate buttons for use in baking. The buttons are dairy free and vegan and do not contain palm oil. The cocoa content is 54%.

I used these buttons to make some New York style cookies. The buttons were all an even size, held their shape fairly well and tasted pretty good. The only criticism that I have is that I personally found them rather sweet.

The buttons are supplied in a sealable packet so they do not dry out or discolour after opening.
